Our mission

Reducing the use of fossil petroleum in the transportation and energy sectors

We serve communities across Northern California, from the greater Sacramento region north to the Oregon border, and parts of Solano County. We connect fleets, public agencies, and communities to cleaner fuels and vehicles through events, training, and funding guidance.
